**The Position**
An excellent opportunity has come up for a General / Internal Medicine Consultant to join on a Permanent Full Time basis.

**The Hospital**
This is a 165 bed Tertiary Teaching Hospital, located one hours’ flight from Melbourne CBD. The hospital is known for its great work culture and supportive environment made up of both Australian and International doctors. The doctors we have placed here have shared amazing feedback and have stayed on for many years. The hospital is a regional facility catering to a population of over 50,000.

**The Location**
The location is known for its breath-taking natural beauty, warm climate, and fascinating history. Here you will spend less time commuting in traffic and more time enjoying the region Take a journey along the majestic Murray River aboard a historic Paddle Steamer, indulge in a culinary experience along 'feast street,' or the numerous wineries scattered throughout the region. Unearth an array of locally cultivated fresh produce, from fruits and vegetables to fragrant herbs, and savor delectable treats at the Sunraysia Farmers Market. For the adventure lovers, venture into the enchanting Pink Lakes of Murray Sunset National Park, where nature's vibrant hues create a captivating landscape to explore.

**The Requirements**
- Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA
- Possess at least 12 months recent experience in Internal /General Medicine
- On RACP training program
- Hold or eligible for the FRACP
- IMG's eligible for Competent Authority Pathway - UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, NZ
- IMG's with RACP interview date
- IMG's assessed by RACP and found to be substantially comparable.
