The Transmission Specialist will take on a pivotal role in developing and managing renewable energy projects. Collaborating extensively with various teams, the individual will focus on ensuring efficient and reliable transmission infrastructure to support our client's renewable energy initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess, design, and implement transmission solutions specifically tailored for renewable energy projects.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and project specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses and evaluations of transmission systems to optimize performance and reliability.
- Offer technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and ongoing operation.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience of 8+ years in transmission system design, with a strong preference for experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Thorough knowledge of Australian standards and regulations related to transmission planning and grid integration.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a track record of resolving complex issues.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
