**About us**

Baker Bleu started as a small bakery in 2016, creating ethical and delicious sourdough bread for Melbourne to enjoy.

In the last 7 years, Baker Bleu has expanded rapidly with plans for further growth
Now with 3 locations across 2 states, Baker Bleu is proud to bring back the joys of real bread using the ancient techniques of long fermentation sourdough.

**About the role**
We are looking for a Baker Supervisor to lead and support the Bakery team in achieving production and quality goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the smooth running of the bakery, including set up, pack down troubleshooting and cleaning schedules
- Providing leadership and direction to the Bakery team, developing them through ongoing training and coaching
- Managing quality control and ensuring all procedures are followed in mixing and production
- Assisting the production team and other teams as required
- Ensuring that all safety, behavioral and quality incidents, occurrences and non-conformances are reported and managed according to policies and procedures

We have a variety of morning, afternoon and evening shifts available

About you

At Baker Bleu you will need to be prepared roll up your sleeves and get involved.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production baking environment
- Experience in supervising staff would be desirable, but we will train the right person
- Solid people skills with the ability to communicate at various levels across the business
- Be good with numbers
