About the role

The Eastern Health ICT department has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Technical Analyst. Reporting to the BA Manager/ Solution Architect you will work closely with business and other ICT teams to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into detailed technical and non-technical specifications.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Tertiary qualifications in a technology-related field

Previous experience in a Technical Analyst role with the ability to configure MS Power Apps

Experience and knowledge documenting business processes and business requirements, use cases, and user stories

High-level understanding of Stakeholder engagement and change management within the organisation

Highly developed work organisation skills with the capacity to prioritise competing demands

Flexible approach to problem-solving and a “can do” attitude

Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and consultative approach with a collaborative style

Ability to assimilate and process large volumes of information in a complex environment and translate it into cogent designs and plans for future state systems and workflows.

At least 5 years' experience as a technical analyst with experience in Power Apps configuration and API integration
