Our client is a growing manufacturing business based in the Inner Western Suburbs of Sydney who are an industry leader working with high end clientele.

A team of professionals who are big on team work and collaborating to achieve the best results for their clients while still maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment.

**The Role**:

- Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring to adhere to policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including communication and timely resolution of vendor inquiries and issues.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances.
- Prepare and process payments to vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Analyze and identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.
- Experience in an end to end Accounts Payable function.
- Proficient in MS Office, and ERP systems; **Pronto or Xero (favorable)**:

- Strong understanding of the AP process.
- Able to work independently
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
