On the edge of the National Park you will find the beautiful **Discovery Parks Cradle Mountain**. Around an hours drive from the nearest town this property is surrounded by bush, lake and wildlife. Guest accommodation includes new deluxe cabins, superior and standard with backpackers rooms also available making this large property a great destination year round.

**About the Role**:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Delivering exceptional guest experience
- Front Office administration
- Upkeep of grounds and gardens
- Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
- Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
- Daily park operational tasks including after hours/on call cover

**What we look for**:

- Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment
- Excellent time management skills
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a love of the great outdoors
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, evenings and assist with after hours call outs
- Current drivers licence essential

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
