**THE ROLES**

We are seeking experienced and safety conscious **Trade Assistants & Civil Operators**, to join our team now on a PERMANENT basis You will play an essential role in civil projects at an Oil Refinery in Altona. _Work is 7.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday_ at a competitive rate. **Great opportunity for work / life balance in 2023**

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

To be successful, you will have...
- Relevant experience in Civil, Concreting or Asphalt Crew experience highly advantageous
- Machine/Backhoe Operator/Heavy Rigid license (Civil Operators)
- EWP & Forklift desirable (Trades Assistants)
- Reliable transport and current driver license
- Construction White Card
- Safe Working at Heights (Desirable)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Initiative and ability to work unsupervised
- High safety and quality standards
- Communicate clearly, follow directions with excellent time management skills
- Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks - the role may involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test.
- Proof of right to work in Australia
