**Our Team & Opportunity**

Sitting as part of the Brand & Strategic Communications team within Vanguard Investments Australia (VIA), this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the creative direction, graphic and multimedia design implementation of our enterprise brand and creative across a variety of corporate, marketing and internal collateral.

**What you will do**
- Create high quality finished artwork including statics, animation & motion graphics that meets the brief and timelines, ensuring VIA brand consistency across all projects.
- Create engaging internal and externally facing marketing materials across multiple touchpoints
- Extremely competent with entire Adobe Suite of programs (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop etc), Figma or similar
- Specific strength in InDesign and Figma will be highly regarded
- Demonstrate thought leadership and upskilling of VIA crew members to foster stronger brand and design literacy
- Develops strong working relationships with global Design teams to align, build and ensure ongoing refinement of Vanguard’s brand expression
- Collaborate broadly with key stakeholders across the business (globally and locally) to enhance knowledge sharing and participate in special projects and duties as assigned
- Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements or improvements of graphic design content or processes to deliver best in class design solutions for the VIA business
- A team player who can think on your feet, take initiative and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment

**What we are looking for**
- You have a great eye for colour, typographic, motion graphics, art direction and an all-round flair for creativity
- Minimum five years related work experience required, with experience in graphic design for financial services highly regarded
- A degree in visual communication design, digital/interactive media design, multimedia, or similar
- Experience in development of motion, animation and/or infographics
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver campaigns to deadline
