**About the Team**
- Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. **The opportunity**
- Working in the Customer Communications Marketing team, you'll be responsible for the planning and execution of crucial comms to our existing customers. You’ll work in partnership with the Go-To-Market, sales and product teams as well as the wider Marketing team to contribute to our strategy. It’s a very exciting time in the Marketing team and this role provides an opportunity to really make a difference to the MYOB brand.

**You'll be focused on...**:

- Crafting and deploying comms on a variety of topics to a broad cohort of customers
- Deliver concise, creative and critical information to our customers through multi-channel campaigns
- Responding to any incidents or issues that may arise in a quick and urgent manner
- Creating and implementing campaigns targeted to customers around adoption of product features
- Partnering with internal teams (such as Product and PR) to deliver ad-hoc projects

**What we'd love to see from you...**:

- Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce CRM or HubSpot or similar
- Ability to lead and influence through strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of key marketing communication principles
- A strong focus on the customer experience
- Excellent knowledge of each step in the process of creating communications, from the briefing process, through to copywriting, creative, production and overall project management
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities and work to deadlines and deliverables
- Experience in financial services and/or SaaS is desired
