Bookkeeper - Office manager - Full time - Permanent job

This reputable and well-established hospitality organisation are looking to expand their team with the addition of a bookkeeper. Based in the heart of the CBD, you will be joining a welcoming team of 4 in this full-time, permanent position.

**Your new role**

In your new role, you will be responsible for a variety of bookkeeping and office management duties for 4 busy hotels. Some of your duties may include:

- Daily bank reconciliations
- Daily reporting on revenue taken
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable (minor)
- Assisting with weekly payroll and payroll reporting
- Monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- General administration and office duties
- Amongst others

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Experience within a bookkeeper/office management position
- Sage experience (desired)
- Excellent communication skills and have a high level of accuracy, coupled with strong time management skills
- Team-player skills but also work well independently
- A positive can-do attitude

**What you'll get in return**
