**About the role.**:
We're on the hunt for an **Associate** extraordinaire who can help us deliver a range of projects and initiatives that support our Closing the Gap reform objectives. As an Associate, you'll be a leader in our team, responsible for coordinating resources, preparing reports and briefs, and implementing and monitoring project plans. You'll also help us develop and evaluate innovative approaches and initiatives, conduct research and analysis, and provide high-level secretarial and administrative support.

We're looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. You'll need to have strengths in stakeholder engagement, administration, and a solid understanding of government sector policies, practices, and legislative requirements. Advanced skills in MS Office software will help make your work easier, but we're also looking for someone with personality, passion, and drive.

**Salary**:Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($101,947 - $112,849) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
