**Job Title**

Operations Lead - Merchant

As an operations lead within our Global Business Solutions division, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of customer care for our merchant point of sale (POS) solutions.

You will lead the full lifecycle of the product, drive execution collaboration with designers, engineers and other product managers. You will also collaborate with customer experience and support teams to gain insights about product usage and adoption to define enhancements. You will provide thought-leadership and excellence in the sales and delivery of products:You will help define and drive best practice experiences from other markets around the world to ensure the experience for Australia merchants is market leading

You will be responsible for defining the service model in conjunction with other key stakeholders including product to ensure the experience we deliver is best in market. You will lead a team as well as set direction:

- Define the merchant experience e2e from origination journey through to customer care
- Set up the support model covering 24/7 Level 1, level 2 models
- Define the multichannel options for merchants to engage for support - self-help, call centre, chat
