Autosports Group, is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently we have over 1800 employees across 55 Dealerships in NSW / QLD / VIC and NZ.

You will be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with multiple departments and external suppliers and customers.

**In this role you will**:

- Co-ordinate the flow of vehicles from factory to dealerships
- Book in and maintain dealership vehicle stock records
- Monitor processing and delivering timeframe from transport company
- Invoicing and Filing
- All other ad-hoc duties that is required
- General Administration
- Previous experience in a similar role, within an automotive dealership is preferred but not essential
- High, accurate attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High level of IT competency especially in Excel
- Previous logistics experience
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Current non-restricted NSW driver license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
