**About the role**
- To advise on the implementation of Council’s fraud and corruption prevention and control strategies, educate and advise Council officers with a view to reducing the likelihood of corrupt conduct, and contribute to the uplift of Council’s fraud and corruption control system.

**Remuneration**

$125,672.04 to $136,993.12 + 11.5% Superannuation

**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications **.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Law, Local Government, Commerce, Secretariat, or similar relevant area, and/or extensive experience in a similar role.
- Significant knowledge of AS80001:2021 - Fraud and Corruption Control.
- Significant experience in refining, implementing and maintaining fraud and corruption control systems, including by developing and implementing programs, controls and assurance and supervision mechanisms.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to provide specialist advice to Executive and senior managers and prepare and present reports that can be readily understood by senior executive and staff.
- Experience conducting investigations into fraud and corruption matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and stakeholder representatives.
