**About the role.**

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Coaches to be a part of our driven and hardworking team. You will have the exciting task of running group training in a very dynamic, fast paced, well equipped premium fitness studio.

It will be your responsibility to energize and motivate our clients throughout the session and encourage them to become an engaged and active part of our growing fitness community.

Other responsibilities include:

- Providing professional fitness advice and guidance to members
- Engagement with members through the facilitation of studio wide 8 Week Challenges
- Lead and instruct multiple training sessions per week following the training template
- Creating a high energy, fun and motivating culture within your sessions
- Building attendance, retaining clientele, and achieving monthly targets
- Driving communication with new, current, and former studio clients
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the studio

- Passionate about health and fitness
- Have a strong background in member-centric coaching
- Strong understanding of group and one to one coaching
- Positive, motivating and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Takes ownership of every role to obtain optimum results

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Personal training/Fitness Coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
