**About the opportunity**

As the appointee you will provide a high level of administrative support to the delivery of accreditation requirements for EQUIS, AACSB, PRME; support for international offshore and online programme administration; events and other School initiatives. You will coordinate School panel visits and assist in the establishment, maintenance and improvement of current processes. You will work collaboratively across all teams to ensure high quality service provision and respond to changing demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the delivery of the EQUIS, AACSB and PRME accreditation projects on time including production of the self-assessment reports and baseroom using SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain project schedules including liaison and logistics with visiting panels.
- Coordinate efficient planning, development, implementation and completion of projects.
- Coordinate input to prepare reports and recommendations for Business School academic leads and accreditation Committees

**About you**

To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines
- Highly developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Substantial experience in providing stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, problem solve and work productively as part of a team.
