**YOUR ROLE**

We’re looking for a Motor Assessing Support Specialist to join our high energy team in Adelaide or Melbourne.

In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive reviews and audits of payments, ensuring compliance with processes and minimizing financial discrepancies. You'll communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders, manage worklists within Service Level Agreements for operational efficiency, and oversee parts procurement opportunities.

Additionally, your excellent stakeholder and customer management skills will contribute to a seamless and positive experience both internally and externally.

Join us in ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing operational performance.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous customer service experience.
- Effective rapport building with multiple stakeholders, active listening, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative, resilience and the ability to problem solve.
- Basic computer skills -ability to troubleshoot basic tech.
- Have a willingness to learn, develop and self-motivate.
