**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a **trade tools retail environment**. This role will support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Store Operations**: Assist the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store. Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and safe for all customers and employees.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the receipt and dispersal of inventory. Ensure inventory levels are maintained, and products, especially **trade tools**, are displayed in an appealing manner.
- **Team Management**: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team. Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about the **trade tools** and services offered.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a **trade tools retail environment**.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and retail management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
