**About the unit**:
We have recently implemented the Elective Surgery Reform Unit in order to work in collaboration with key stakeholders withing the organisation, and across the North East Metro Health Services Partnership, in order to transform and improve elective services within eight key workstreams:

- ESIS Models of Care
- Non-ESIS Models of Care
- Patient Communication
- Digital Transformation
- Surgical Preparedness and Recovery
- ESWL Diversion
- Non-Surgical Models of Care improvements
- Surgical Consumer Advisory group development.

**About the role**:
The Elective Surgery Reform Administration Support will be allocated to one of four of the above workstreams:

- ESIS Models of Care
- Non-ESIS Models of Care
- Patient Communication
- Digital Transformation.

They will work to provide a high level of administration support to contribute to the key initiatives within their allocated workstream and ensure deliverables arrive on time, effectively. This will include:

- Assisting the project leads in developing the requirements of their workstream,
- Undertake operational requirements developed within their workstream

**About you**:
As the Elective Surgery Reform Administration Support, you will be highly motivated and innovative. Ideally, you’ll have:

- Administration experience within Elective Surgery and Endoscopy
- High level of computer literacy, including advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills in collaborating with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to forward plan, and focus on detail, accuracy, and quality in all prepared work.
