**About the role**:
This role entails ensuring the release and outage schedules are communicated to business stakeholders, Leading the testing and coordination of system changes and releases and assisting business stakeholders in preparing for new releases and any rectification action after new releases.

The APS 6 Service Delivery Coordinator will be required to manage appropriate responses to defects found in Business Verification testing and in the outcomes of new releases, maintain a release repository of all release artefacts for compliance and audit. Ensure the impact of release of any change involves the right due diligence and approvals to ensure delivery of quality whilst managing customer, business, operational and cyber risks and identify and coordinate training sessions and documentation as part of Change Management. You will be required to develop and maintain release checklists as part of the release management of changes and/or enhancements.

**Duties**

**Required experience/skills**
- Demonstrated experience and ability in Release, Incident and Change management
- Experience identifying, assessing, tracking and managing risks, issues, conflicts, change requests and priorities throughout their lifestyle
- Have proven stakeholder management/vendor management experience as well as the ability to work with senior stakeholders and Managed Service Providers
- Experience in relationship building and maintenance with internal and external customers
- Ability to chair meetings and interact collaboratively with stakeholders
