**The opportunity**:
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Meeting Room & Catering Coordinator to join our CBD team.

This is a corporate role, where you will deliver first class service to our clients, managing everything from meeting room management and setup, offering and making coffees/teas, through to assisting with organisation and catering for internal and external events.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor firmwide meeting room calendars throughout the day to ensure all meetings are attended to, meeting rooms cleaned and tidy for next clients arrival
- Provide water, take and make coffee/tea orders for clients attending our office
- Ensure fresh fruit is distributed on each level daily, maintaining fully equipped catering kitchen and two staff kitchens, ensuring all are cleaned and tidy at end of each day
- Catering for client meetings, firmwide events including End of Month drinks, fundraising events, bi-monthly firmwide lunch, marketing functions, team events and divisional lunch meetings
- Monitoring catering supplies and ensuring sufficient supplies ordered as required, including grocery deliveries when required
- Setting up meeting rooms, seating etc for all meetings, firm events including firmwide bi-monthly lunch, client meetings, marketing events etc

Our events are really ramping up, so we need someone who is highly organised, welcoming, and professional with a passion for providing exceptional service to everyone who visits the William Buck office.

If you love cooking, this role will allow you to show off your culinary skills (and we’ll be happy taste testers), but if not, you will eagerly source a variety of exceptional food for our clients and colleagues.
