**About the role**

As a Program Assistant you support clients/consumers along their allied health-care journey, by providing first class customer service. You are part of a small team of “PA’s”, working collaboratively to achieve these goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will:

- Provide administration and client focused customer service.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support.
- Develop and maintain efficient work processes for the programs you support.
- Work autonomously under limited supervision.
- Participating in continuous quality improvement of the services provided where appropriate.

**Skills and experience**

You will have:

- A certificate in Business Administration (desirable but not essential).
- Highly developed word processing skills with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Administration and customer service experience.
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
