Multi-professional Health Assistant

**About the Role**: As the Multi-Professional Health Assistant, you will contribute to patient care by providing clinical support tasks to increase patient nutrition, cognitive stimulation, mobility and functional independence, as delegated under the direct or indirect supervision of health professionals participating in the Eat Walk Engage (EWE) program at the Logan Hospital. The EWE program is a multi-professional approach to prevention of delirium and early restorative care in older patients.
