**Position**: Project Builder

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
- Provide on-site supervision and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documents.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, seeking opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years’ proven experience as a Project Builder or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

**Salary**: $80,000

**Job Type**: Full time
