We are looking for an experienced ASM / SM who wants to make an impact in this family-owned and very successful large-format retailer in the role of Third In Charge

**About You**
- High Volume retail experience in an ASM / SM role
- Love working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Passionate, motivating Manager who leads by inspiring teams to deliver
- Proven success in developing team members
- Hands-on leader, driving success through your presence on the floor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- An ability to style shift to suit your audience
- Demonstrated ability to influence customer loyalty
- Love spending being on the shop floor with your team and customers

**About the Role**
- Maintain high presentation standards in a fast-paced store of over 2,000 sq. meters
- Assist in managing a high volume of deliveries and stock
- Assist to direct the team in a fast-paced, always busy environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service - make their day
- Assist in managing team performance with a strong focus on training and development
- Drive the commerciality of each area of the store
- Manage loss prevention to increase profitability
