EQUANS is currently looking for an experienced Service Coordinator Scheduler to join the Fire & Mechanical team in North Plympton, SA office. Reporting to the Service Support Manager, the Service Coordinator Scheduler will be responsible for providing full services support to the multi services business day to day operations. This role would suit someone with administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Role Overview_
- Answering inbound phone calls and answer queries, take messages or direct calls as appropriate
- High level customer service to all internal and external customers
- Invoicing all local PM contracts/calls
- Running AW DCKT reports, Vetting and Invoicing all local contract repair (CO/QU) calls sitting at AW DCKT
- Administration projects (LC) - invoicing, claims, retentions
- First point of contact for local contract invoice rejections and resolving issues to get invoices paid
- Assist with creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and/or publications
- General Office Administration
- Managing fleet (updating ORIX)
- Other duties as required
- Key skills and experience required _
- Experience with Pronto Xi highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Previous call centre experience in a service delivery environment (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
