Duties
- Use of hand and power tools- Assist other shop technicians as assigned in more advanced functions as part of training.- Receipt of goods - unloading of trucks, ensuring quantities received are correct and reconcile with delivery papers.- Dispatch of goods - ensure goods are packaged appropriately for dispatch, including loading of trucks- Pick and issue parts for jobs- Pick parts for sales orders and intercompany stock transfers- Assemble wellhead equipment including top level assemblies / stack ups- Perform preventive maintenance tasks- Pressure test and record trace data for equipment to be dispatched to clients- Re-work / Repair / Re-manufacture of equipment (strip-down, clean, inspect and build);- Grease wellhead equipment as required- Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and client orders, including in-process and final inspections- Ensure all data is collected for job orders i.e., maintain & file trace data and Rework / Repair / Remanufacture information- Liaise with management in the detection and prevention of nonconformances- Actively participate in stock take / cycle counts- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe working condition- Ensure work areas are maintained in a neat, tidy and safe manner at all timesTo be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience working within Assembly type positions- Able to commit to a 40 hour work week + potential overtime- Previous experience working with hand and power tools- Reliable transport- Right to work in Australia- Forklift licence strongly desired**CONSULTANT**:
