During the Boilermaking Apprenticeship, you will be working
full time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking/Welding).

You would be gaining experience in the workplace with one of our host employers.

Duties may include but not limited to:

  • Examining detailed drawings to calculate material and equipment requirements
  • Fixing and assembling metal fixtures
  • Cutting, rolling, shaping and bending materials
  • Heating and treating metal materials
  • Any other tasks requested by the host employer

Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:

  • Be eligible to complete an apprenticeship
  • Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual
  • Be motivated with a positive attitude
  • Drivers licence and own transport
