Casual Sales Assistant

St Helena, Australia Bakers Delight Full time

Are you a bright and bubbly person that loves working in a fun environment?

We are looking to build our team for our group of 10 Bakers Delight stores in the Northern Suburbs. We need people that are available for daytime, after school and weekend work. Locations include St Helena, Diamond Creek, Mernda, Doreen, Bundoora and Lower Templestowe. Age is not an issue as we are looking for people to fill a variety of roles (or rolls, lol ).

Main tasks include:

- Follow the guidelines & systems of the Bakers Delight franchise
- Maintain merchandising and customer service standards
- Product knowledge and ability to assist customers in choosing the right product to match their needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

We are looking for people with retail experience, and looking for a long term position with prospects for future management positions.
Wages will fit with the General Retail Industry Award, so will be based on age (junior staff), and will include all penalty rates.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $20.46 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rye, VIC 3941: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
