Our client is one of South-East Queensland’s most well established and respected residential builder / developers. With a long history in producing large communities, they have cemented themselves as a reliable and trusted developer managing all facets of each project - design, approval, civil construction & co-ordination and all building construction.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Ensure townhouse Developments and new homes are built to specification, to plans, to quality standards and within timeframes and budgets
- Work harmoniously with the other Site Supervisors to ensure smooth progress of construction at all times
- Co-ordination & communication with all building trades - suppliers & subcontractors, & controlling / adjusting delivery dates as needed
- Instructing all suppliers and subcontractors on the standards required for WH&S and Environmental Protection requirements on sites
- Maintain a high standard of record keeping, diary notes, photos images etc

Your Experience:

- 2+ years Site Supervising Townhouse Developments OR Volume Housing
- Carpentry Trade Qualified - Essential
- Current Builders license or Site Supervisor license
- Great communicator and well organised
- Knowledge of building regulations, codes & tolerances
- Aptitude for project management and be technically minded
