**ECOMMERCE AND DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR**

Australian furniture brand producing a selection of local and globally sourced

designer furniture pieces. Rapidly growing, the company prides itself on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. In remaining true to the brands core values, they focus on using scalable technology to enable growth in all aspects.

**About the role**:
To support their growth, they are looking for a passionate eCommerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their newly expanded head office. This position is the perfect opportunity to up-skill or develop a long-term career with training and development.

The role is hands-on, focusing on an array of eCommerce, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience tasks. You will be accountable for the brands website, with an emphasis on uploading and maintaining content, imagery, and products as well as driving conversions and nurturing customer relationships.

You will be exposed to the whole product process - from creation through to launch.

This role will also gain insight to Google Ads, Analytics, and paid Social Media advertising.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- E-Commerce_
- Monitor customer reviews and Q&A’s
- Assist in the product life cycle - from product creation through the launch
- Conduct daily/weekly website audits to ensure accuracy and adherence to marketing initiatives
- Oversee all website content pages
- Copywriting for product descriptions, EDM’s and social media channels
- Support the execution of eCommerce and Marketing initiatives
- Updating and maintaining the website as required, including enrichment and merchandising
- Manage third party marketplace channels
- Customer Experience_
- Assist with furniture proposals, create and send customer quotes and invoices
- Work with the warehouse team to process all return authorisations

**About you**:

- Shopify and NetSuite ERP experience preferred but not required
- Can work independently but also be a team player
- Reliable and energetic with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- A drive to learn and grow, with a genuine interest to keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies
- Extremely passionate, self-driven and eager to join a growing company and build a career path internally
