**Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Provide clear instructions, guidance, and support to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Foster a positive working environment and encourage teamwork among staff members.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor and optimise warehouse processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Implement best practices to improve productivity and minimise errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement strategies to minimise stockouts and excess inventory.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and follow proper handling procedures.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to prevent damages and losses.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure working environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with team members, management, and other departments.
- Report on key performance indicators, challenges, and successes during shift meetings.

**Working Hours**:

- 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

**Profile**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Offer**

**What's on offer**

On offer is a competitive annual base salary between $75,000 - $80,000 + 11% superannuation + annual bonus. You will qualify for reimbursements if any travel is required.

Ongoing training and opportunities are also on offer to those looking for continuous development.
