We are currently seeking a Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney for a 12-month fix term contract. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a robust brand strategy for Cetaphil, aiming to achieve exceptional sales, profit, and market share targets across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities- Identify growth/profit opportunities for Cetaphil Baby, Pro and Sun portfolios and develop strong Annual Brand Plans to deliver against these.- Develop and deliver activation plans to maximise business performance.- Optimise brand portfolio investment decisions to deliver efficient growth opportunities.-
- Lead the development and implementation of activation plans, including working with digital & e-commerce lead on digital marketing.- Work with regional and global teams to optimise the development and use of NPD, content/assets and strategy.- Support Category & Professional Affairs teams to develop aligned materials for field sales force & HCPs to ensure optimal implementation of programmes.- Collaborate actively with other functional areas (sales, regulatory, medical, finance, supply chain).- Support the Sales team with the Customer engagement process and the development of Customer support plans.- Establish and maintain a sound, professional relationship with internal and external customers and stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications- 3 - 4 years previous Brand Marketing experience within FMCG- New Product Launch experience including project delivery, project assessment, and gate process management- Experience developing and delivering multi-channel consumer & shopper marketing programmes including localising global creative ideas- Experience launching and managing digital marketing campaigns- Experience supporting development of Customer Review presentations and being involved in retail customer meetings- Ideally this person will have worked across a number of different channels including grocery & pharmacy- Experience using IMS, Aztec or Nielsen data, Brand Health Tracking
