**BMS Service & Commissioning Technician**
Perth

**Company**
Well established BMS contractor that have a leading service business that maintain buildings across a variety of sectors including; commercial, healthcare and education.

Due to further growth and recent service contract wins there is an immediate need for a BMS service and commissioning technician to join the Perth office.

**Position**
Reporting in the service manager as a BMS service and commissioning technician your role will consist of;
- Planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC controls
- Breakdown repairs
- Troubleshoot and offer the client optimisation strategies and solutions
- Roaming across multiple sites
- Quotes for minor works
- Delivery for minor works, including;
- Project management
- Subcontract management
- Engineering
- Commissioning
- Working in a team and individually

**You**
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate working in a similar role previous as well as the following;
- BMS service experience and/or HVAC or Electrical trade background
- Good working understanding of HVAC equipment and systems
- Solid understanding of BMS engineering and principles
- BMS commissioning
- Coordinating subcontractors
