The Supreme Court of Victoria is seeking a Project Officer to work closely and collaboratively with project team members and business stakeholders to assist in the delivery of projects within the Business Process Redesign and Automation Program, whilst reporting to the Senior Program and Project Manager.
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate extensive project management skills to consult on and develop project scopes and briefs, whilst managing projects under limited direction, securing resources and planning and coordinating the activities of project members to effectively address issues and meet timelines. You should also have effective written communication skills with the ability to draft project documentation and reports. The Project Officer will demonstrate knowledge and experience of the principles and processes of project management, quality control, and project lifecycle stages. PRINCE2 Foundation qualification or equivalent experience, skills and training is also required.

**Duties include**:

- Supporting the delivery of work packages that reduce manual handling, enhance workflows and improve processes that positively impact the Court user experience.
- Contributing to the full life cycle of the Business Process Redesign and Automation Project to meet organisational objectives.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation including reports, plans, budgets, procurement documentation and briefing materials for senior management and stakeholders.
- Organising, participating in and facilitating project meetings, providing secretariat support for meetings and follow up of action items.
