**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing & Communications team. You will be responsible for digital lead generation and nurture, with a specific focus on marketing automation and building digital journeys.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Develop and implement Veolia ANZ Digital marketing road map in line with business objectives.
- Successfully implement marketing automation (Pardot) within the company in order to grow online sales and customer loyalty, using data insights to optimise campaigns across all channels
- Work with the marketing team to develop customer segmentation and implement campaigns with layers of personalisation
- Work in collaboration with the business to ensure a consistent and efficient use of digital marketing and customer research spend
- Support the business in creating engaging digital content which include SEO, social media ads, google ads, landing pages, EDMs, lead magnets content.
- Oversee budget and agency management.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- 10+ years experience in a digital marketing role in B2B or B2C environments (B2B highly desirable)
- Demonstrated success in digital acquisition strategy and strong expertise with B2B digital marketing channels including including Google Adwords, Social Ads
- Strong experience of driving marketing automation strategies and implementing drip programs
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data
