**About the role**:
The Payroll/HR Coordinator is a full-time permanent position, based at our Yarraville site. Reporting into the HR Manager Operations, the core responsibilities of this role will be the timely & efficient processing of payroll for sites across QLD & VIC and providing HR administrative support across the broader Human resources team.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Taking on end-to-end payroll responsibilities for multiple payrolls, including correctly inputting a large volume of timecards into Kronos time & attendance on a weekly basis.
- Interpreting payroll & HR related data.
- Supporting the HR manager and HR Business partners directly.
- Coordinating and organisation training sessions across the business.
**About You**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge and experience in processing payroll including EBA interpretation.
- Experience in HRIS systems Kronos and SAP.
- 1-2 years' experience in a HR or payroll related role.
- Inquisitive and driven to develop your skills further.
- Hold a proactive approach to your work and be adaptable to change and new processes.
