**Position Overview**
As a Business Development Professional, you are responsible for the growth and development of securing project opportunities in-line with the organisations Shared Vision and Shared Purpose. Driven by a committed focus that delivers value and excellence that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
- **Key Functions and Accountabilities**
- Support Business Development administration initiatives
- To maintain a current in-depth understanding of the Market Share in which you manage in order to generate, continued growth and maintain a sustainable market share
- To identify opportunities within set Segments and Target Markets in line with the organisation’s National Marketing Strategy and Key Objectives
- Provide updates in the weekly Business Development Meetings, that supports strategic thinking and delivery, analysing Marketing statistic data and provide updates of current and future Business Development performance
- Work in-line with the NCS Voice to Market
Clear demonstrated alignment with ‘Return on Investment
- Maintain a clear understanding of NCS’s Services and Values to Market
- Align Marketing & Branding Voices to suit Market Segments
- Demonstrated consultative approach in Face to Face (F2F) interactions with Clients
- Review weekly Business Development Management Performance
- Lead Identification Rate
- Direct Opportunity Identification Rate
- Planning to achieve target Business Development (BD) Activity Levels
- Business Development (BD) Activity Levels - Face to Face (F2F) & Calls across Business to Consumer (B2C) + Business to Business (B2B) + Joint Venture (JV)
- Market Segment and Target Market Coverage
- Project Management
- Win / Loss ratio
- Forecast Level & Accuracy
- Revenue Generation
- Action Plans to close gaps
- Lead and manage the recording of NCS intellectual property and take an active approach in recording client and project information in the organisations CRM, analyse performance data to ensure a continued, sustainable growth is maintained
- Responsible for meeting set budgeted KPI revenue targets, through to the management and reporting of projected forecasts to actual sales. (Weekly,
- Fortnightly, Monthly)
- Ensure that you adhere to NCS’s Administration Policy and Procedures.
- Ensure compliance to the organisations HSEQ Management System
- Demonstrate a proactive commitment to the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality requirements to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of self and fellow team members
- Build relationships with fellow team members working in line with the organisation’s Shared Values.
