Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be an integral part of the HR team that works closely with our 3000 plus employees, management team and other important stakeholders. You will play a key role with the payroll system and HRIS data analyst supporting the greater HR team, along with other adhoc projects as required.

In this role you need to be an excellent communicator, able to effectively work in a fast paced and dynamic environment managing multiple tasks at one time. Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment or role previously.

**Responsibilities**
- Tier one support for all HRIS systems
- Providing analytical expertise of HR and payroll data
- Full understanding of Australian employment and wage review
- Creation of HR reports
- Conduct training to all internal stakeholders on HR systems ie; MyHR
- Align all process changes with regional HR office and payroll teams
- Support with migration of systems, projects and engagement activities
- Generate employment contracts and letters
- Ability to travel/work in western Sydney

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience with HR Information Systems,
- Experience with HR systems data migration,
- Firm understanding of Australian employment and wage laws
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll and HR Systems,
- Business Analysis capabilities,
- Advanced Microsoft office suites,
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience,
- Degree in business/IT discipline or relevant education.
- Superior Microsoft Office knowledge
