We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Finance and Control team based in Rhodes. Reporting to the Business Planning Lead, this role will act as a co-pilot for Corporate Marketing & Corporate eCommerce within the organisation, sharing actionable insights and financial guidance which supports business decisions.

**A day in the life
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Understand the end-to-end value chain of eCommerce & D2C as the eCom Finance champion and support business units to implement best practice financial tools, D2C financial analysis, reporting and compliance.
- Support Corporate Marketing & eCommerce in Global reporting and Marketing Investment / PFME management.
- Act as custodian of the Internal Controls and F&C policies and guidelines.
- Support D2C strategy development and embed tools across D2C business units to support consistent financial measurement & reporting.
- Utilise financial modelling & insight to identify portfolio & channel optimisation opportunities across eCommerce sub-channels, customers, portfolio and promotions.
- Develop and embed consistent financial measurement tools for online-only activity to identify cost optimisation opportunities, eliminate value destroyers & maximise the ROI.
- Prepare Corporate PFME & MOGE (CMC) DF on a quarterly basis and monthly check in.
- Ensure execution of Pricing Policy / Margin is in-line with agreed strategies
- Contribute to strategic modelling for new product innovations and renovations or new & emerging eCom sub-channels.

- At least 5+ years’ work experience and understanding of a number of key financial areas, including Factory Accounting, Costing, Sales Finance, Distribution / Supply Chain and Decision Support.
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external global stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of FMCG industry; excellent Excel, SAP, Essbase, Business Intelligence tools knowledge essential.
