**Your new role**

As a UX Designer your primary responsibility will be to gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with business analysts, product managers and technical team

You will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps and create prototypes for new product ideas

You will prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders and develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centred solutions as well as conduct

ongoing user research

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Demonstrated UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills and the proven use of initiative in solving problems, including knowledge and experience in defining, implementing, and enhancing business process.
- Experience working in the project ideation and discovery phase
- Ability to review and analyse the business in terms of its business services, business processes, and to assist the business in identifying the best ways to effect business change to achieve business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
