**Your new role**
As the Store Manager for this national company, you will drive the sales and establish strong connections across the ACT and surrounds.

Direct contact with the owners, will allow you to collaborate ideas and customer feedback to ensure consistent growth and exceed service standards.

A good showroom location, and local warehouse round out this exciting opportunity, ensuring faster delivery time than other businesses in the area, which will boost your earning potential given the result driven commission structure.

**What's on offer for you**
- Base salary between 65-75K + Super
- Work with a company that has a strong buying power across the leading brands
- Business autonomy, drive the performance as if it was your own.
- A good commission structure that rewards you and your teams performance
- Consecutive days off and a three day weekend once a month

**To be successful you will need to posses**s
- A minimum of 2 years in consultative retail management
- You will need to have lead a team of at least 4 to be considered for this role
- A drive to enhance business results, this business is still in its establishment phase the results will be yours and your teams
- Demonstrated skills in operations, time management and the self discipline
- Outstanding analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
