**The Role**
Capability and Transformation (C&T) Group within the ASD, is seeking to fill multiple EL1 Team Leads.
We are looking for mission-focused applicants who are highly capable Team Leaders.
Some of the key deliverables for these roles are to:

- Manage a highly technical workforce with continual daily face-to-face conversations.
- Motivate the workforce and deliver timely operational outcomes.
- Manage complex ICT projects from inception to completion.
- Have strong stakeholder engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build collaborative working relationships with other government agencies and industry to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Manage the operation and sustainment of systems across the ICT capability lifecycle.
- Create plans and assign appropriate tasking to team members and developers to continuously improve the capabilities to ensure they remain current and meet continually evolving user needs.
- Be accountable for accurate completion of work within timeframes and quality requirements, share own expertise with others and guide and mentor less experienced employees.
- Be accountable to perform complex procedural, operational, administrative and business support activities, manage workflow and resources, and prepare work area and team plans.
