**Where you'll be working**

The Clinical Excellence Commission (CEC) is committed to providing leadership in safety and quality to improve health care for patients in NSW. The primary focus of the CEC is to promote and support improved clinical care, safety and quality across the NSW public health system, and to meet functions specified by the Minister for Health. The CEC Strategic Plan places priority on delivering high performing reliable systems and ensuring safety and quality in the provision of healthcare for ‘every patient, every time’ is consistent across NSW Health.

**What you'll be doing**

The Digital Communications Business Partner will lead the CEC's digital communications outputs, including but not limited to internal and external digital platforms such as websites; graphic design of collateral and publications; and video and infographic production and dissemination. These outputs will be managed in line with best-practice and requires an innovative contemporary approach with superior attention to detail to lift and align digital communications with the CEC's strategic direction and communications strategies. The Digital Communications Business Partner will be required to work both independently and as an integral member of the communications team, and more broadly in consultation with both internal and external stakeholders on digital collateral, to provide optimal engagement with CEC content.

- Ability to provide specialist advice and support in the design, development, and dissemination of information on the CEC's online platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end process of content development, implementation and measurement of the impact of digital publications through the use of online and digital platforms.
- Identify and coordinate new opportunities to distribute content to continually enhance communication and marketing/engagement strategies.

**Selection Criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, digital media, marketing or similar/related field, or equivalent significant experience in a closely related discipline, preferably in a government environment.
- Demonstrated high-level experience in digital production including the design, development and dissemination of online platforms, infographics, videos, and collateral.
- A high level of awareness and understanding of mandatory NSW Government accessibility, branding and design guidelines or demonstrated ability to quickly gain and maintain up-to-date knowledge
- Extensive web development skills and experience using content management systems, preferably Squiz Matrix or similar.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience in writing and preparing materials for a range of online communication channels, including websites and social media.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to and engage with colleagues and stakeholders to provide technical guidance, training, and support to staff.
- Demonstrated experience in online communication and/or digital marketing, including effectively using digital and online tools as part of communication and marketing strategies, analysis, and reporting.
