**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You'll be reporting straight to the General Manager - People and Culture, where you will be the superstar supporting our HR team across NSW. Your mission? To rock general HR tasks, keep everything compliant, and be the go-to person for all things HRIS. Basically, you’ll be the HR wizard making sure everything runs smoothly

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES**:
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, managing conflicts, and providing guidance.
- Report on any matters regarding Employee and Industrial Relations
- Provide expert advice on all disciplinary matters, performance reviews, leave arrangements and more.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
- Weekly / Monthly reporting
- Adhoc Duties as required
**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional ability to manage tasks effectively and deliver results under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders
