- **We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our client's team**

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Providing the highest level of client service to an existing SME Broking Portfolio
- Assisting with the processing of all related insurance documentation
- Ensuring timely and accurate production and processing of all quotations, invoices, policy documentation, reports, certificates, and premium funding quotations
- Undertaking all aspects of client filing (electronic)
- Assisting in Debtor Management
- Adhering to Compliance Requirements and maintaining an ongoing basic understanding of legislation
- Building, maintaining, and developing existing and prospective clients
- Attending and presenting renewal programs to existing and prospective clientele
- Undertaking negotiations with Insurers and underwriting agencies for the annual review and renewal of insurance programs and policies
- Advising clients on their exposures and carrying out requested changes to insurance policies when required
- Representing the company at relevant Industry Events and Networking Events
- Undertaking the Insurance Claim process where required
- Providing current legislative advice to clients in relation to all insurance matters.

**Academic Qualifications**

**Essential**:

- Tier 1 broking qualifications
- 4+ years of general insurance broking experience

**Desirable**:

- Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking)
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (where applicable) SCTP and WinBEAT Insurance Broking Software

- Excellent presentation and high-level written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients from all sectors
- Ability to identify clients' requirements and potential for client development
- Commitment to customer service - proactive, aware of clients' business practices and requirements
- Ability to resolve conflict, handle complaints, and manage complex situations
- Ability to problem-solve, confront issues, and provide feedback to peers
- Flexibility in approach to daily work activities
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn from the workplace environment and assist peers in their growth
- Participation in professional and personal development activities
- Initiative in a variety of situations
- Ability to work as part of a team, as a delegator and a team player who assists in building morale and assists others to reach organizational goals.
