**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced office manager to be our ‘Clinic Manager’ at our Eight Mile Plains clinic.

To be considered for the position, you must have had a minimum of 5 years' experience in an admin management role in a fast paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following:

- People management skills, with experience managing a team, performing check-ins and 1on1s with staff
- Great attention to detail
- Great attitude towards customer service and presentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Effective delegation, strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management skills
- Energetic, flexible and independent
- Understanding and respect of cultural diversity and differing abilities
- Assertive and patient communicator
- Committed to learning and implementing new skills

**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Office Manager ('Clinic Manager') at our Eight Mile Plains clinic.

Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided, as will career development opportunities at our growing organisation.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Directly manage the administration team and practitioners at the Eight Mile Plains clinic
- Supporting and encouraging the team to meet key performance indicators in conjunction with senior practitioners
- Management of performance and behaviour in line with relevant policies
- Engaging in frequent check ins and 1on1s with employees
- Managing client and staff queries and concerns
- Managing employee timesheets & leave requests
- Maintaining important organisation documentation
- Organising local PKT events both at a clinic level and inter clinic level
- Maintaining our social media accounts in conjunction with the admin team
- Facilitating client feedback, and implementing improvement projects
- Managing resource budgets and ordering
- Data input and maintenance for our practice management software
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
