We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Business Manager to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO) of Perpetual Limited. This role will be critical in supporting the activities that drive the performance of Perpetual’s global business.

- Work with the CEO, Executive Committee, Strategy function and other key stakeholders, supporting the development of strategy and its execution- Support the CEO in driving strategic and operational priorities across the Perpetual Group- Enable the delivery of operational plans through carrying out performance evaluations that allow Perpetual to monitor delivery, efficiency and productivity- Identify and evaluate opportunities through analysis of market, industry, competitor and client intelligence- Constructively challenge and contribute to the development of the strategy- Provide guidance and advice to the Executive Committee as required- Facilitate open and constructive communications amongst the Executive Committee- Provide support to senior leadership and its associated entities where required.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Financial Services industry, preferably within asset management- Ability to influence senior executives and become a trusted partner- Strong problem solving, research, analysis and writing skills- Ability to develop effective working relationships across a broad range of stakeholders- Growth-minded with strong strategic and commercial acumen- Maturity of approach and ability to cope with ambiguity- Strong relationship building and communication skills required to represent the business internally and externally at all levels.
