Rentokil is looking for a motivated organized Service Planner for our Hygiene Division with strong administrative and communication skills to join the team based in Tullamarine - Melbourne on a full-time basis.

**The core responsibilities in this role include**:

- Organization and scheduling of regular field service activities
- Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional expectations are reported to your line Manager
- Ensure zones are regularly revised to ensure capacity, location, and sequence are the best fit for the operation in a holistic view to ensure a productive service zone for the technicians
- Organise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames and expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries/complaints on service and where required as well as arrange necessary non-routine service calls
- Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry onto Branch Contracts Computer System
- Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirements
- Provide ongoing reports requested by management in relation to such items as the state of service, jobs, customer service history, specific technician productivity, and customer retention
- Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes
- Make all necessary escalations to Local Service Managers and Operations Managers as required for the provision of quality service to our customers
