**My Gateway** has a great opportunity for a business administration trainee to join their client's team on the Westmead Hospital project.

Our client, Roberts Co, is a Tier 1 building company who work on large commercial projects. They are privately held company committed to driving positive change in the Australian construction industry.

As part of this traineeship you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration with the option to then progress to a Certificate IV in Business upon completion.

Some of your duties will include:

- Meet and greet visitors to site office.
- Room bookings.
- Meeting minutes.
- Coordination of team meetings.
- Collation of business documents.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, correspondence, reports, business plans and presentations in accordance with the company schedule.
- Maintain office resources: order office consumables, stationery, kitchen supplies and other requirements such as PPE.
- Assist the team with general administration including reception duties and handling visitor enquiries.
- Collation of monthly expense claims submissions.
- Assist with the induction of new starters in the office as required.
